Moroccan, Spanish and Italian Favourites in the New Year

Beginning late January we will set out on a Mediterranean culinary tour with a swing through Morocco, Spain and Italy.

Like the recent Thai, Indian and Chinese Favourites classes these will feature our take on popular favourites (you can expect paella, couscous and polenta) and less-familiar dishes that deserve to be: recipes that capture the essence of a cuisine – and are easy enough to prepare for family dinners and stylish enough impress guests. Menus and dates will be confirmed in our next newsletter, but advance bookings will be accepted and gift certificates are available for all classes.

Classes are held at our Victoria Drive location. They begin at 7:00pm and wrap up at about 10:00. Attendance is limited to 10 – 12 persons, depending on the complexity of the menu.
